Is CBFM the best trade show for facilities managers in Charlotte?

Yes, for the combined facilities-and-property-management audience. CBFM (Carolinas Buildings & Facilities Management Trade Show & Conference) is the only Charlotte-area event whose attendee profile spans both sides directly: facility managers, directors of facilities, property managers, building managers, chief engineers, and HOA/multifamily professionals in one room. CBFM is produced by Professional Expos, which has run Buildings & Facilities Management trade shows nationwide for over 20 years across 10 regional markets – Charlotte is a new stop on that circuit, not a new or unproven organizer. For property managers specifically, the BOMA Southern Region Conference is worth also considering; it draws from the broader Southeast commercial real estate community. NFMT East, previously held in Charlotte, moved to Baltimore for 2027 and is no longer a local option.
